Refunds

When ordering please make sure all information requested is complete and accurate to avoid any delays in processing your order. Please read carefully and check your personalization details before submitting your order. Due to the made on demand process we cannot provide refunds or replacements for items that are processed as requested.

Exchanges

We will accept returns and will have the item reprinted/redone if the item is misprinted as long as you contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide pictures of the error. To be eligible for a return and reprint, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Use the contact form to let us know that there is an issue with your product.

Shipping for Reprinted Items

If we are reprinting a misprinted or damaged item, we will send you a return label to use. You will not pay additional shipping for an item we are replacing.
